After falling behind by 21 points in the first half the Storm fought back but fell just short of winning the semi final game in New Tecumseth.
After a strong first quarter the game swung in TNT’s favour and they capitalized on our mistakes in the second quarter, scoring 4 unanswered TD’s. The Turning point for the Storm came after half time when the defence stepped up and stopped the TNT’s powerful running game and the offence capitalized on our passing game. Final Score: TNT 34 Storm 29

Head coach Don Moses has this to say about the game. “I have never in my 25 years of coaching seen a team of players come together and play with the determination and heart that I witnessed on Sunday past. I felt so bad that we didn’t win after the way the team played. Unfortunately a couple of turnovers in the red zone were the eventual outcome of the game. I have enjoyed coaching these young athletes and look forward to next year when I hope to see them all back.”
