CFC TOP 100 receiver Trivel Pinto guided Downsview Mustangs to a 35-0 shutout victory over Humberside Huskies in Toronto District Secondary School Athletic Association (TDSSAA) Tier 2 action this week.
The 6β0, 170 pound offensive gun scored a major and also added four points in the game. Quinn Charles and Marcel Grant also scored two touchdowns each. Charles was successful on a conversion attempt.
In other Tier 2 action, Shane Thomas tallied two majors to lead David & Mary Thomson Titans to a 22-6 win over Danforth Technical Red Hawks.Β Isaiah Wisdom rushed into the end zone for a touchdown score. Tony Mileski was successful on a conversion attempt while Carl Museau was successful on a pair of two point conversion attempts.
Dante Jackson scored the lone touchdown for the Red Hawks.
Michael Francis was unstoppable in Thistletown Black Scotsβ 36-8 victory over Lakeshore Phoenix as he scored three majors.Β Alex Daley, Inderpaul Nijjer each scored a touchdown while Bryan Barcos was successful on five conversion attempts.
In a losing cause, Immanuel Archer led the way for the Phoenix as he tallied a major and added a two point conversion.
