Tyler Grisolia is a sophomore who plays on the senior Villanova College Knights football team in the Conference Independent Schools Athletic Association (CISAA).
The Knights lineman’s experience has helped him to become a better player while increasing his skills and knowledge.
During the offseason, Grisolia is going to start working out on an every day basis at his school’s gym, as well as get proper help from trainers and have a proper workout plan to help him improve his football ability.
βAttending camps in Canada and the USA is another important thing I will be doing to improve my football skills and technique,β added the Knights standout
Grisolia is looking forward to participating in the Ontario Prospect Challenge (OPC).
βMy goals for the Ontario Prospect Challenge (OPC) are to win with my team and play a great game,β said Grisolia.
He also hopes to make the CFC 100Β when he graduates to gain exposure to coaches all across Canada and show his official rank as a defensive lineman.
Overall, Grisolia appreciates all that he has learned from playing the sport.
βFootball is an amazing sport to me because it really taught me how to fight through adversity when things got tough on the field and really made me feel what hard work really was on and off the field,β commented the defensive lineman.
