Kyle Sinden’s career began in grade nine with the Glendale Gemini of the Thames Valley Region Athletic Association (TVRAA) as a defensive back before switching to running back in grade 10.

This past summer, he also played for the Forest City Thunderbirds of the  Ontario Football Conference (OFC).

During the offseason, he spends time working out with fullback, Oscar Reddecop. He also does speed training as well as cross country with track and field.

Kyle is looking forward to achieving a couple of goals at the upcoming Ontario Prospect Challenge.

“My goals for the Ontario Prospect Challenge (OPC) are to surprise people with my talent and make it all the on the team,” said Sinden. “I’m excited to learn new things to improve my game.”

Moreover, making the CFC 100 list is absolutely one of the running back’s goals that he hopes to achieve.

“I love playing football because it is 100 percent a team sport, you cannot have success without everyone working hard and doing their part,” added the Gemini standout.
