Jake Bennett began his football career playing one year of House League with the Burlington Minor Football Association (BMFA).

The multi-position player then went on to play two years of rep football with the Burlington Stampeders of the BMFA.

Bennett has watched the game since birth, and it is his favourite sport to watch and play.

“I just enjoy every element of the game,” said Bennett.

The Stampeder’s goal for the Ontario Prospect Challenge (OPC) is very development based.

“I want to get better as a football player,” explained Bennett. “[I] want to play against others who can make me better.”

The multi-position player also sees himself on the CFC 100 list when his graduating year arrives.

Bennett also goes to personal training sessions once a week and participates in every athletic sport he can in order t stay in shape.
