Ottawa excitement

Dundas offensive lineman signs with OUA team.

Matt Bruder has found the perfect fit.

Recently, the 6’2, 270 pound offensive lineman from Dundas, Ontario signed with the Ottawa Gee-Gees for the 2014 OUA season.

Ultimately, there were several reasons why he decided to commence his CIS career in the Nation’s Capital.

“First of all Ottawa is a beautiful city with a beautiful campus,” explained Bruder of his decision.  “Being a French immersion student it’s a great fit for me education wise.”

“Coach (Jamie) Barresi was great and I can see us becoming very successful in the very near future. The facilities that have been recently built are great and having a bubble over our field for winter practices is a huge advantage for our team going forward. Going for a visit this winter, I was able to see the atmosphere and personality of the team.  I can’t wait to become a part of this family in Ottawa.”
