Peterborough recruit signs with Gee-Gees

Peterborough offensive lineman joins RSEQ team’s 2016 class.

It was all about perfect timing for Mitchell Eisan.

Recently, the 6ā€™2 295 pound offensive lineman from Peterborough, Ontario signed with the Ottawa Gee-Gees.Ā  Eisan will join the team for the 2016 OUA season.

ā€œI decided to go to Ottawa because of its prestigious business program and how put together the football team is,ā€ explained Eisan of his decision.Ā  ā€œWhen introduced to the program, I got a real family feel all the guys were gentlemen and truly cared about the team.ā€

ā€œCoach [Jamie] Baressi builds a program around hard work, determination and dedicated guys which are what I am all about. The time was right for me to come into the Ottawa program and I am glad because I wouldn’t rather go to work for any other head coach or staff than that at Ottawa University.ā€
