The 2011 conference rushing champion had another huge game in Sunday`s 32-3 PFC title win over the Calgary Colts. The 5th-year tailback ran the ball 148 yards on 29 carries and scored a second quarter touchdown on his longest run of the day as he ran 17 yards to paydirt.

DEFENSE-BEN CRESSMAN-Saskatoon Hilltops

The 4th-year linebacker picked off 3 Clayton Masikewich passes in the championship win over Calgary. The 3rd interception was a 20-yard return for a 4th quarter score that was the icing on the cake in the 32-3 win.

The 3 interceptions tied a modern conference record for interceptions in a playoff game that was originally set in a November 5, 1978 playoff game by Greg Jones of the Saskatoon Hilltops.


SPECIAL TEAMS-ZACH SCHMIDT-Saskatoon Hilltops

The sophomore kicker-punter, who appeared in his 2nd consecutive conference final, had a 22-yard 4th quarter field goal and averaged 38.4 yards on 8 punts. Schmidt is a product of Wilcox, SK.
