Calgary linebacker recently signs with RSEQ team.

Ryan McNeilly found the right situation for himself.

As a result, the 6’0, 195 pound linebacker from Calgary, Alberta will be moving east for his CIS career. McNeilly will join the Bishop’s Gaiters for the 2014 RSEQ season.

“I chose to sign with Bishops because I truly believe they will provide me with the best opportunity to succeed not only in football, but in life,” expressed the Calgary linebacker.

McNeilly comes to the Gaiters after completing his high school career with the Henry Wise Wood Warriors of the Calgary Senior High School Athletic Association (CSHSAA).  Other teams he has suited up for include the Stampeders (atom, peewee), Golden Hawks (peewee, bantam) and both the Calgary Stampeders and the Calgary Broncos of the Calgary and Area Midget Football Association (CAMFA).
