CFC#4 Cure-Antoine-Labelle Wolves visited the CollĆØge Jean-Eudes Eagles. After a tough game for both offensives, the Wolves finally won by a score of 14-11.
The Wolves’ defensive line and special teams were the difference in the game. Defensive linemen Turrin Noah, Jacob Lavoie, Jonathan Salazar and David Paradis were able to put a lot of pressure on the opposing offensive with four tackles for loss, 11 sacks and two knockdowns.Turrin was particularly impressive with five solo tackles, 5.5 sacks and two knockdowns.
On special teams, kicker Alexandre El-Dib kicked a fifteen yard field goal which finally made the difference.The play of the game, however, went to Khennysou Louis-Jeune who took a kickoff return and ran it in for a touchdown.
The Wolves’ next game will be held Saturday, September 12 1:00 p.m. when they face CFC#22 Saint-Jean Eudes Condors.
