The Regina Rams added two CFC150 players to their 2020 recruitment list.

Regina kicks off their recruiting season with two superb CFC150 players committing to their program for the 2020 season.

Jaxon Runge (6’1, 180 lbs) — Linebacker from Campbell Collegiate (Regina, SK)

The CFC150 product out of Campbell Collegiate is poised to add considerable depth to the Rams’ 2020 recruiting class.

According to head coach Steve Bryce, Runge’s past achievements will bode well for his future success.

“Jaxon was a standout on the RMF Eagles when he won the bantam city championship at 14,” said Bryce. “Since then, he’s gone on to be a dominant player in high school, he was a standout for the 2018 Gold medal-winning U18 Team Saskatchewan in the Canada Cup. Jaxon also played for Team Canada in 2019.”

Noah Pelletier (6’2, 165 lbs) — Quarterback from Balfour Collegiate (Regina, SK)

Bryce has high praise for the Rams’ future at quarterback, citing CFC150 Pelletier’s ability to lead a team and an offence.

“He’s an outstanding young quarterback, the top throwing quarterback in the nation,” said Bryce. “Noah led Team Saskatchewan to a gold medal in the 2019 Canada Cup. He’s been named to Team Canada. He is a highly intelligent player who will be dominant in Canada West in the future.”

Taggart Rowell (6’2, 185 lbs) — Receiver from Luther College (Regina, SK)

Head coach Bryce has high expectations for his newest receiver recruit, as far as consistency goes.

“A very sure-handed receiver who runs crisp routes,” said Bryce. “His consistency has made him a go-to receiver at every level he’s played, and we expect the same from him for the Rams. Taggart’s exceptional and dependable play was an integral part in winning Gold for Team Sask U18 at the 2019 Canada Cup. ”

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
