Regina Rams seek Head Coach

The University of Regina invites applications for the position of Head Football Coach. The University of Regina Rams compete in the Canada West conference of the CIS. Qualified candidates must have a proven track record, and a leadership style characterized by enthusiasm, integrity, and discipline. Candidates must have demonstrated ability to nurture and develop relationships with athletes, faculty, staff, students, media, alumni, and donors while interacting successfully with department personnel, the university community, and members of the Rams alumni and Board of Directors.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) and be NCCP Competition Development Certified. Equivalent coaching certification will be accepted (i.e. NCCP Level 3). Candidates should have proven ability to recruit and must have a plan to recruit high performance student-athletes in accordance with CIS regulations. Fundraising experience is an asset. Candidates to lead this highly competitive football program should have a minimum of five years experience (coaching high performance athletes over the age of 16) and a proven track record developing a program with perennial success academically, in the community, and on the field.
