Saskatchewan bound

Vancouver linebacker recently joins CWUAA team’s 2014 class.

Kristian Domingo will be moving to the Prairies for his CIS career.

The 6’0, 205 pound linebacker from Vancouver, British Columbia recently committed to the University of Saskatchewan Huskies.  Domingo will join the Huskies for the 2014 CWUAA season.

“I chose the University of Saskatchewan because of their excellent academic program in animal science which I was accepted into and their strong football program which will provide me with great growth potential with the inside linebacker position,” explained Domingo of his decision.  “The university also has excellent facilities and a strong sense of community which I appreciated and factored into my decision.”

“My career goal has always been to be a veterinarian since I was in elementary school and I have been looking forward to playing university football since I started playing in Grade 8.  The University of Saskatchewan has given me this amazing chance to fulfill my dreams and I’m grateful for the opportunity that Coach (Brian) Towriss has provided me to be part of the Huskies football program.  I’m extremely excited for what lies ahead for me at the University of Saskatchewan.”
