Impressive is one word that comes to mind when speaking about linebacker Lukas Smith with the Bantam Foothills Eagles in Alberta. For a player from the class of 2023 to speak so clearly about his love and passion for the game, as well as his dedication and drive, is not commonly seen at this young stage. The sky is the limit and Lukas won’t let even that stop him.
“I do my best to lead my example, both on and off the field. I always give my best and hope it makes others do the same,” Lukas explains about what makes him tick. “I try to keep my teammates positive and focused on the job at hand, and above all, never give up.”
