The Southwestern Ontario Football Association of Leagues (SOFAL) opens its season this weekend with games in Hamilton, Oakville, Cambridge, and Guelph.
The league consists of players born in 1996 to 2003. For the first time ever the girls will play tackle football in ontario (not with the boys) in their own bantam and peewee league.
