South of the Border: CFC100 DT Poyser announces NCAA commitment

  • Illinois CFC100 DB Sydney Brown has been the hottest Canadian on the defensive side of the ball in FBS football posting four picks in his last three games. His twin brother CFC100 RB Chase Brown continued his streak of 100 yard rushing games at Illinois this weekend too, and has yet to rush for less than 108 yards this season averaging 149.1 yards rushing per game. Pittsburgh CFC100 WR Jared Wayne also put up his second 100 yard game of the season this past weekend in their win against Syracuse catching six passes for 102 yards.Ā

  • CFC100 WR Josh Palmer had the biggest game of his NFL career to date, supported by the absence of Keenan Allen and Mike Williams in the Los Angeles Chargers lineup. These two missing pushed Palmer into the number one role, and he stepped up to the plate to the tune of eight catches and 106 yards in a 20-17 win over the Falcons.
