Spencer Maslen always watched his best friend play football. He scanned the field, watching his best friend but also looking for a position to play himself. He saw the quarterback throw the football but that did not catch his eye, he saw the receivers make some terrific catches but he still was not interested but then he saw the physicality shown by the defence and he knew that was his calling.
