Staying home motivated WR to chose Regina Rams

Regina brings in a local commit to their Class of 2017.

Zachary Shalley, a wide receiver from Sheldon-Williams Collegiate, won’t have far to go to reach his new team, the University of Regina Rams.

β€œStaying at home and playing football was a major part of it,” the product of Regina, Saskatchewan, said about his decision. β€œThe coaching staff has made me feel very welcome and I’m looking forward to learning a lot from them.”

The 6’3, 205lbs three-year veteran was also impressed with the team’s offensive scheme. He said the style of offense the team runs, along with the success they have running it, played a role in his commitment.

The future business student has played his entire career with the Sheldon-Williams Collegiate Spartan (Regina High Schools Athletic Association).

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
