Team Ontario tryouts begin: Are you the next Fantuz, Pottinger, Mitchell?

Team Ontario tryouts (listed below) will commence this week in London and Guelph. Team Ontario alumni include current CFLers Andy Fantuz (Hamilton Tiger Cats), Jason Pottinger (Toronto Argonauts), and Scott Mitchell (Edmonton Eskimos). Four Team Ontario alumni participated in this years CFL e-camp. They were Kyle Graves (QB – Acadia), Jameek Taylor (REC – St. Mary’s), Derek Morris (OL – Queens), and Tyler Sawyer (LB – Ottawa).

Costs:
Tryout fees: $30.00 Pre-register
$50.00 at the door
Team Fee: $1200.00 (if you make the final roster)

Team West Tryouts:
Saturday, April 7, 2012 @University of Western 1pm-3pm
Sunday, April 8, 2012 @ University of Guelph 12noon-3pm
Saturday, April 21, 2012 @ Brampton, Dixie Soccer Centre Field A 1pm-4pm
Registration for tryouts is one hour prior to start time. Registration will close at the start of the tryout.

Team East Tryouts:
Sunday, April 15, 2012 @ Queens University 2pm-4pm
Sunday, April 22, 2012 @ Superdome Sports Center, OTTAWA 1662 Bearbrook Rd. 2-4pm (location update April 5)
Sunday, April 22, 2012 @ University of Toronto 12noon-2pm
Registration for tryouts is one hour prior to start time. Registration will close at the start of the tryout.

Eligibility:
Players must be born in 1996 or 1995
And be residents of Ontario and members of Ontario Football

What to Wear:
Bring full equipment and proper footwear
( Jerseys: Defense dark, Offense light)
