Commonwealth Stadium

The Commonwealth Stadium in McCauley, Alberta opened in 1978. It hosted the Commonwealth Games that year. It is home to the Edmonton Eskimos of the Canadian Football League and soccer team FC Edmonton. It also has seating for 56,302 fans. Around the pitch, there is a 400m Athletics track. Staying in Montreal, Stade Saputo was built in 2007 as a new home for Montreal Impact. With a maximum capacity of 20,341. The Stadium cost CA$17 Million and had additional works carried out in 2011. 7,000 seats were added, and a room was fitted. Stade Saputo sits between the Olympic Stadium and the Olympic Village. The stadium also holds 36 corporate boxes, 6 underground car parks and can be accessed via 2 subway stations.

Rodgers Centre

Home to the Toronto Blue Jayā€™s since 1989 and the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League. It was one of the first venues to have a retractable roof and was known as the SkyDome before being renamed as the Rogers Centre. In 2015, the Rodgers Centre was used for the opening and closing ceremonies of the Pan American Games. It also held basketball and other sporting exhibitions down through the years.

McMahon Stadium

Situated in Calgary and featured in the opening and closing ceremonies of the 1988 Winter Olympics. The stadium has been renovated over the years increasing seating to 35,560 visitors. McMahon Stadium is owned by the University of Calgary. There are a few teams that call it home including University of Calgary Dinos, Calgary Colts, Calgary Gators and Calgary Wolfpack, and the Calgary. McMahon Stadium was built for the sum of CA$1,050,00.
