U Sports Recruiting Analysis (OUA): Queen’s add three quality CFC100

Class Overview

Queen’s have been wallowing in mediocrity for a little longer than expected at this point, but they’ve got a new class of stars incoming that could help push them back into that elite discussion in U Sports. It’s kind of strange to see half their recruits come from three schools, but when two of the three are CFC50 Lorne Park and hometown powerhouse Holy Cross, then I’ve got zero complaints. They also pulled in three CFC100 commits who have a real chance to become game changers at Richardson Stadium, plus with only 18 commits on the board, they may be able to haul in a few more before the recruiting window closes. It’s tough to diagnose things this far out especially with such a small number of commits, but this could be the sleeper class that creeps on everybody in four years when the Gaels are fighting for the Yates Cup again.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
