UBC adds skill to receiver, running back core

UBC adds two out-of-province commits to their 2018 class.

Wide receiver Nick Pollitt from Henry Wise Wood High School and running back Daniel Appiah from Ernest Manning High School are crossing over provincial lines after signing with the University of British Columbia Thunderbirds.

Nick Pollitt

Nick Pollitt, who is 6’0, 175lbs, is from Calgary, Alberta. He has also played as a quarterback. In high school, he was a member of the Henry Wise Wood Warriors (CHSAA) and the Calgary Wildcats.

Daniel Appiah

Another product of Calgary, Alberta, Daniel Appiah is from the rival Ernest Manning Griffins (CHSAA). While he attended a different high school than Pollitt, both played on the Wildcats. Standing at 5’6, 150lbs, he has played as both a running back and slotback.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
