Vert et or players working hard in the summer: Roch, Campeau, Goulet, Bamba (video)

Jeremi Doyon-Roch (#12/QB), Simon Charbonneau Campeau (#81/WR), Gabriel Goulet (#85/SB), and Ismael Malik Bamba (#1/WR) are preparing for the upcoming QUFL / CIS season. The QUFL off season summer program includes ‘skill sessions’ which teams can participate in a variety of drills and skill sessions. It is the most progressive conference when it comes to summer training rules and guidelines.

Jeremi is a freshman quarterback with the Vert et Or. He is coming off of a great CEGEP career with the Vanier Cheetahs where he became the all-time passing leader.

Simon Charbonneau Campeau was the 2010 QUFL Hec Crighton nominee. The 6-foot-4, 195-pound junior from St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Que., became the first Vert & Or to be nominated for the Hec Crighton trophy as CIS player of the year since the rebirth of the University of Sherbrooke football program in 2003.

Gabriel Goulet is a third year receiver from Levis-Lauzon CEGEP. He was a AA all-star in 2008.

Ismael Malik Bamba transferred to Sherbrooke this off season from the North Dakota fighting sioux. He played his CEGEP football at Champlain College and his junior football with the St. Leonard Cougars.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
