For football fans on both sides of the border, the next big events circled on calendars are the 2023 NFL and CFL Drafts respectively. Teams and their scouting departments carry immense pressure this time of year to identify and acquire talented players to improve their rosters, and the players themselves are anxiously awaiting the draft day phone call that will determine the next stage of their careers. While talent can be identified somewhat easily through perusing highlight tapes and looking at combine results, the biggest factor when it comes to determining whether a draft pick will succeed or not comes down to fit. We have taken it upon ourselves to go through the top Canadian draft-eligible prospects and find their best team fits in both leagues.
