CFC TOP 100 offensive lineman gets first NCAA offer with Signing Day just over two weeks away.
Another CFC TOP 100 standout may be destined for the NCAA.
Zach Wilkinson is the latest to get an offer south of the border. The 6’5, 260 pound offensive lineman from Victoria, British Columbia has received his first offer with NCAA FBS Division Team. This one comes from the University of Northern Colorado Bears. This came on the heels of a recent visit to the school.
This past summer, Wilkinson also sparked interest of Syracuse and Washington. With NCAA Signing Day just over two weeks away, the British Columbia standout has not made a decision whether he will accept the offer from University of Northern Colorado or stay north of the border and play for a CIS squad. Among the teams, he has expressed interest in playing for is the OUA’s Carleton Ravens.
Wilkinson recently capped off a successful high school campaign with Mount Douglas Rams of the British Columbia High School Football Association (BCHSFA). This past November, the offensive lineman led the Rams to their third consecutive provincial ‘AAA’ Championship. For his exceptional play on the field, Wilkinson was named ‘AAA’ Defensive MVP, Western Conference Defensive MVP as well as Provincial and Western Conference All-Star selections. In 2012, the British Columbia standout was also named a Western Conference and Provincial All-Star.
Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
