Wilson, Northern, Huron, Crestwood scrimmage in Toronto

Four High School football teams held a controlled scrimmage at birchmount stadium in east toronto on Monday afternoon. Donald A. Wilson (whitby), Crestwood (peterborough), Huron Heights (newmarket), and Northern (Toronto) participated in a scrimmage format that saw teams rotate playing 10 offensive and defensive play drives.

Wilson appeared to have the most success on offense, hilighted by the performances of Greg Morris (RB / DB) and Chivon Gallagher ( REC / RB / DB).

Northerns defensive line was the strongest defensive unit. Taj Mills, Norris Samuel, and Ezron Epa lead this unit.

Huron Heights is one of the few high school teams to have its on ‘booster club’. On Sunday they held their annual golf tourney that raised $10 000 for the program. Way to go Warriors.
