Windsor bound (VIDEO)

Brampton wide receiver joins OUA team.

Noah Akharoh is ready to get going with his CIS career.

Recently, the 6’3, 183 pound wide receiver from Brampton, Ontario has signed with the Windsor Lancers for the 2014 OUA season.

“I chose Windsor because they’ll have the best Criminology program to offer and because I felt like I wanted to go to a school where I can make an impact on the field as well as help the team win games,” explained Akharoh.  “I think Coach Joe D’Amore as well as the rest of the coaching staff and myself am looking forward to this upcoming season and I’m ready to work.”

Akharoh recently completed his high school career with the Notre Dame Knights of the Region of Peel Secondary School Athletic Association (ROPSSAA).  This past season, the wide receiver racked up 370 yards on 17 catches and scored six touchdowns.
