The York University Lions football coaching staff continued its strong recruiting season with the announcement on Friday (April 15) that another 14 players have signed their letters of intent to join the program for the 2011 season.
The latest group brings the total number of incoming student-athletes that have committed to the York football program to more than 50 for 2011.
“I am excited with the quality of athletes we are continuing to bring in,” said head coach Warren Craney. “The number of players we have signed in our first recruiting year has exceeded expectations and is a credit to the hard work of our entire coaching staff.”
