CFC100 Class of 2019 TE Theodore Johnson out of Holy Names HS in Windsor, ON was taken 107th overall in the fourth round of the 2024 NFL draft by the New York Giants. At 6’6″ and 255lbs, the Penn State playmaker was highly regarded by scouts heading into the draft.

Following a dominant career at Holy Names, Johnson was ranked fourth overall in the CFC100 Class of 2019 and received offers from top schools such as Alabama, Michigan, Georgia and Ohio State before ultimately committing to play for Penn State.

Arguably the most coveted Canadian prospect coming into the draft, Johnson was the number one ranked prospect in the CFC40 Class of 2024 following a eye-raising performance at the 2024 NFL Scouting Combine, where he recorded a 4.57 40 yard dash and a 39.5″ vertical jump among other impressive numbers. With Giants’ incumbent starter Darren Waller mulling retirement, Johnson could have a big role in NYC sooner than later.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
