CFC40 Class of 2024 OL Anim Dankwah out of the Taft School in Watertown, CT may have gone undrafted, but he was quickly snapped up by the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted free agent.

Dankwah is originally from Accra, Ghana, and came to Canada for high school. Measuring in at a whopping 6’8″ and 350lbs, it was only a matter of time before someone put a helmet and shoulder pads on Dankwah. After first playing for Brampton high school and the Durham Dolphins of the OSFL, Dankwah moved to Connecticut to play for Taft.

When his high school eligibility was up, Dankwah got an opportunity to play for Howard University, an HBCU in Washington, D.C. After spending three seasons as the Bisons’ starting left tackle, Dankwah was invited to the 2024 NFL Scouting Combine, where he was the largest participant there. Dankwah was ranked ninth overall in the CFC40 Class of 2024. The Eagles are absolutely loaded at offensive line, but you can never count out a giant like Amin Dankwah.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
