In a small token of appreciation for all that the evacuees of the Fort McMurray Fires are going through, Football Alberta will offer free admissio nto anyone with Fort McMurray identification to the 27th Annual Senior Bowl High School Football All-Star Game held this Monday, May 23 atCommonwealth Stadium in Edmonton.  Game time is 12:00 noon.  Tickets to the game are normally $10, but Evacuees need just come to the ticket booth at Gate #2 in the SW Corner of the stadium and present their ID to receive a free pass to the game.  The players in the game will be staying at Lister Centre on the campus of the University of Alberta during their training camps over the weekend and will be sharing the space with many evacuees from the fire.  Even though this offer has been in the plan for a while, the players selected to the teams that will compete in the game have flooded the Football Alberta office with requests to let those affected into the game for free showing the type of character that will be displayed on the field on Monday.  It will be an honor to in some small way offer a nice distraction on a Monday afternoon to those dealing with situation in Fort McMurray.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
