CFC CIS Conference POWER RANKINGS 2014 (2): OUA tops…but for how long?

Labour day weekend marked the kickoff of the 2014 CIS campaign, with only the OUA seeing action, the slate was light and play didn’t affect the CIS Conference Power Rankings. No major surprises as Ottawa beat up on York 51-7, Queens came back to beat Windsor 39-30 and Mac won a thrilling OT game, avenging last year’s loss to Guelph, taking it 34-27. Laurier is looking more and more like the Laurier of old with a 53-17 win at Toronto and finally props to HC Steve Sumarah and his Carleton Ravens as they posted their first win of the “new” era and did so in dominant fashion winning 33-14 on the road. Defending OUA champion received the bye.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
