CFC#1 reveals Top 5 NCAA schools

And then there were five…

CFC#1 Neville Gallimore has narrowed it down.

Since receiving over 25 NCAA Division 1 offers dating back to February 20th, the 6’3, 280 pound defensive end from Ottawa, Ontario has chosen his five top schools and announced it via twitter.

Those schools that have emerged as the frontrunners include Oregon, Ohio State (May 18th), Oklahoma (April 22nd), Florida (May 22nd) and Florida State.

Among the others that were in contention for Gallimore included his first one from the Maryland Terrapins, Wake Forest Demon Deacons (February 24th), South Florida Bulls (February 26th), Minnesota Golden Gophers (February 27th), Mississippi State Bulldogs (February 28th), Texas Christian University TCU Horn Frogs (March 2nd), UCLA Bruins (March 5th), California Golden Bears (March 10th), Wisconsin Badgers (April 11th), Kansas Jayhawks (April 15th), Nebraska Cornhuskers (April 28th), West Virginia Mountaineers (April 28th), Cincinnati Bearcats (May 13h), Miami Hurricanes (May 13th), Notre Dame Fighting Irish (May 13th), Oregon Ducks (May 18th) and Michigan State Spartans (May 23rd).

Gallimore is currently attending Canada Prep Football Academy and is playing for the Raiders.  Among the other teams he has suited up for include St. Patrick Fighting Irish of National Capital Secondary School Athletic Association (NCSSAA), junior varsity Cumberland Panthers of the Ontario Varsity Football League (OVFL) and South Ottawa Mustangs.

The Ontario defensive end previously told CanadaFootballChat.com that he will not be making a final decision on which NCAA Division offer he will accept until sometime during his senior year.
