In Varsity action this week, the (5-0) York Region Lions who are coming off a 25-13 win over the (2-3) Cumberland Panthers, will travel to Scarborough to face the (5-1) Toronto Thunder. In fact, this is a big game for both programs, as the winner of this game will hold the tie breaker advantage, should they need it at the end of the regular season. Game time is scheduled for 3:00pm at Birchmount Stadium.

In OFC Action, the (5-0) Burlington Stampeders travel to North Halton to face the (4-1) Crimson Tide. Kick-off is scheduled for Friday night Canada Day at 8:15pm in North Halton.
*CFC GAME OF THE WEEK ALERT**
The CFC GAME OF THE WEEK will take place Saturday night at Kiwanis Field in Niagara, as the (6-0) Niagara Spears will take on the (4-1) Cambridge Lions. A win by the Spears can pretty much give them cruise control into the playoffs and force a great battle for teams in the Adams conference looking to snag up that 2nd home field playoff spot in the first round.
