CFC100 Chase Claypool making his mark with Notre Dame

CFC100 Chase Claypool has been proving his worth to the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. With his first game under his belt, it was a good one. He had 4 catches for 56 yards as the number two receiver in the 38-12 victory over Michigan State last Saturday.

A dynamic athlete, head coach Brian Kelly thinks the Claypool will add nicely to an already put together receiving corps. Moving him all around the field, first in the slot where he only had 1 catch for 16 yards, and then to the boundary position which only yielded 2 catches for 8 yards. This last game, they put him closer to the sideline and he broke loose.

At 6-foot-4 and 228-pounds, Claypool is using his size to his advantage and show us all his ability to go up and grab it out of the air.

No doubt, this performance will excite and have his Alma mater, Abbotsford Senior (BC), watching with pride, their former star player excel in the NCAA.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
