To say that defensive tackle/offensive guard, CFC100 Jake Ounsted, has been busy this off-season would be a bit of an understatement. He has attended numerous camps and combines both here in Canada and south of the border as well as participating in the Canada Cup. He also participated on Team BCHS who traveled to our nation’s capital this past May for the Fox 40 Prospect Challenge “Battle of the Best”.
