There’s been an explosion of offers for Canadian prospects this week, and CFC100 Peter Kemeni got caught up in the middle of the action earning his second DI offer from the FCS. The CFC10 Clarkson Football North defensive back grabbed his first offer from Toledo a month ago, and recently took a trip to Western Michigan among other interactions on the trail.
