It was a massive day for Coquitlam native CFC100 a linebacker Jevaun Jacobsen, who announced his commitment to Charleston Southern on NCAA National Signing Day.

The 6’1″, 205lbs athlete earned his place on the top Canadian high school rankings after tearing it up at Terry Fox in British Columbia, where he led the Ravens to the provincial finals in 2017 playing quarterback and defensive back. That season he finished with 429 yards passing, six touchdowns, zero interceptions, 425 yards rushing and eight more majors along the ground. On defence he racked up 24 tackles and two interceptions, making him one of the most feared high school players on the B.C. circuit.
Jacobsen finished off his high school down south receiving widespread interest, but eventually Charleston Southern were able to win his signature.
