The 6’5″, 210lbs receiver prospect out of originally hails from Montreal where he played at Dalbe-Viau, and skipped past his CEGEP career to play his senior year down south at McArthur High School in Florida. Alford made his grand entrance onto the NCAA recruiting scene with three quick offers from Florida International and Florida Atlantic on March 9th, then Penn State delivered his first Power 5 on March 11th. He eventually earned offers from far and wide across the Power 5 conferences, but he couldn’t resist joining the Canadian army growing at Syracuse.

He’ll have plenty of company with fellow Quebec natives CFC60s Geof Cantin-Arku, Kevin Mitale and Matthew Bergeron committing this past cycle, while CFC100s Tyrell Richards and Patrick Davis will be entering their final stages with the program. He’ll also be joined by another CFC60 defensive back Benjamin Labrosse, who announced his signing earlier today as well.

The Orange always have their eye on the future with Class of 2021 offers outstanding for CFC100s Christian Veilleux, Joshua Baka and Aaron Armitage.
