CFC60 DB Labrosse makes it official on NCAA Early Signing Day

The NCAA pipeline continues to flood with CFC60 Benjamin Labrosse out of Vanier College officially signing with the Syracuse Orange.

The 6’2″, 180lbs defensive back is coming off another all-star campaign totaling 42 tackles, three interceptions and two defensive touchdowns while helping lead the Cheetahs to t he Bol d’Or. While those are impressive numbers, he arguably had an even better year in 2018 totaling 58 tackles, 2 touchdowns, 4 interceptions, 9 pass breakups and 2 sacks.

He’ll have plenty of company with fellow CFC60s Geof Cantin-Arku, Kevin Mitale and Matthew Bergeron committing this past cycle, while CFC100s Tyrell Richards and Patrick Davis will be entering their final stages with the program. He’ll also be joined by CFC100 top five receiver Damien Alford, who announced his commitment right before Signing Day.

The Orange have their eye on the future as well with Class of 2021 offers outstanding for CFC100s Christian Veilleux, Joshua Baka and Aaron Armitage.
