With only three weeks left in the CIS regular season (two in the OUA), the OUA has returned to the top of the CIS “Conference Power Rankings” As always the aim is to keep the rankings as dynamic as possible keeping up with the week to week changes that make CIS football so exciting and this year has been particularly turbulent.
