Dinos land first CFC 100 recruit

British Columbia running back joins CWUAA team’s 2015 class

CFC 100 Seye Farinu is planning to make a move to the Prairies to begin his CIS career.

The 5’9, 190 pound running back who is a native of Nigeria, committed to the Calgary Dinos this past week.  Farinu will join the team for the 2015 CWUAA season.

Ultimately, the ability to excel on the field and in the classroom was proved to be too good of an offer for Farinu to pass up.

“I choose Calgary not only for its football excellence, but because it provides me with an opportunity to succeed more academically,” elaborated the CFC 100 running back.  “They offer a lot of alumni support and gives a chance for me to succeed in my career choice.”

“I also chose Calgary as they are a team that is very consistent and is always a strong team! Also, working out with the players I found that I have a lot of common with them and they are a family atmosphere.”
