Yup the heat is on….
Grade 12 is the year to be one of the most demanding at school and on the field. Studying for the SATS (which I write this weekend), and keeping up with everything can leave you feel a little stressed.Scouts and recuiters are at many of the games and the drive to be number one is always on your mind.
What is really comes down to is… I love playing football, tha’ts it.
Yes I know from talking to other players they feel the same way (pressure)… but you got to keep it in perspective.
I just go out there and do my thing….this year I am playing a few different positions RB/Slotbcak/Wide Reciver, Safety and Special teams I like the variety of getting to play different positions on the field.
We are already half way done our football season with a few games left and then off to the finals (hopefully)….it will be over before I know it, and off to the next chapter of my life, whatever that my be. You can never get this experience back.
