Fox 40 Prospect Challenge (West Coast): DE/OL Narayan looking to compete against the best

Vishaan Narayan already has plenty of accolades on his football resume at such a young age. The 6’1, 235lbs defensive end/offensive lineman has already attended the Milloy/Tate and FBU camps in the USA. He was named defensive lineman of the camp in 2013 and won the BC Provincial peewee championships in 2013 and 2014.

Vishaan has played for the Richmond Raiders in atom, North Delta Longhorns in atom and peewee and now plays for the New Westminster Hyacks where he is on the junior varsity squad.

When asked about his football role models, Narayan mentioned Russell Wilson at the top of his list. “The preparation and hard work he puts in to every game is amazing,” said Narayan.

Goals of Vishaan’s for the Fox 40 Prospect Challenge are, “To obtain verified measurables and to compete against the best of my peers.”

The 2021 graduate in the off-season also plays basketball and runs track for his high school. Off the field during the season, Narayan stays fit by doing weight and conditioning training with the Hyacks.

When asked about what he loved the most about football Vishaan replied, “I love to play football because of the teamwork required to achieve success, and the bonds made through playing the sport.”
