Fox 40 Prospect Challenge (Central): RB/FB Zuvic ready to help out his team

Matthew Zuvic found football when he moved to the Ottawa area.

“I truly love the competition [and the] friendships with my teammates I have gained in the last two years,” said Matthew.

He got his start in 2015 with the Nepean Eagles in the National Capital Amateur Football Association (NCAFA), where he also played in 2016.

This passed school season, the running back/fullback also played in the National Capital Secondary Schools Athletic Association (NCSSAA) with the LDHSS Ravens.

The Eagle is also competing in this year’s Fox 40 Prospect Challenge and his goals are to make the final time and be a part of the game to do what he can to help his team win.

During the offseason, Matthew works with a personal trainer to keep in game shape.

“I love to play football because of the feeling you get when you score a touchdown,” commented the Eagle.
