Hopefully you’re all taking advantage and putting into practice the acceleration program I laid out last.

Getting high quality sprint work in 2-3 times per week will help build your ability to gain that first step on your opponent. I want to make sure I touch on and give you the knowledge on how you can get more out of the acceleration drills. After all, just having a bigger engine isn’t the only part of better acceleration, you need to make sure you can perform the movement as effectively and efficiently as possible.
