McGill allows British Columbia recruit “to contribute to program” (VIDEO)

West Kelowna wide receiver joins RSEQ team’s 2016 class.

Dayton Moore will begin the CIS leg of his gridirion journey in La Belle Province.

The 5’9, 153 pound wide receiver from West Kelowna, British Columbia has committed to McGill Redmen. Β Moore will join the team for the 2016 RSEQ season.

“I chose McGill because of their highly known academic reputation which will allow me to be successful in the future,” explained the offensive standout of his decision. Β “For the football side of things, my skill set and playing style fit perfectly in their offensive scheme.”

“I love the city the coaching staff and the facilities McGill offers. Being apart of the best recruiting class of the 2016 CIS offseason allows me to be apart of a successful CIS football and will allow me to contribute to this program.”

Moore completed a stint with Mount Boucherie Bears of the British Columbia High School Football Association (BCHSFA). Β During the 2015 season, the wide receiver racked up 559 yards on 32 receptions and seven touchdowns.
