CFC #1 O’Connor to remain a Nittany Lion after Franklin’s hiring.
Itβs now a business as usual attitude for CFC # 1βs Michael OβConnor.
Last week, CFC reported that the Ottawa, Ontario quarterbackβs commitment to Penn State Nittany Lions was in possible jeopardy after the departures of Bill OβBrien and Charlie Fisher from the coaching staff. OβBrien was recently hired as the Head Coach of the NFLβs Houston Texans.
This past weekend, James Franklin left his position as Vanderbilt Commodores Head Coach to take on the same role at Penn State.
One day after the hiring, OβConnor declared that he would remain at Penn State according to his twitter account and was looking forward to beginning his academic and gridiron life at the NCAA Division 1 school.

The CFC # 1 ranked player has begun studying business at Penn State.Β As for the gridiron, he will take part in the Nittany Lions winter strength and conditioning program, which will culminate in the teamβs intersquad game in April.
Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
