Ottawa defensive back joins OUA team’s 2015 class.

Khadeem Pierre has found his new gridiron home.

Recently, the 6’1, 180 pound defensive back from Ottawa, Ontario committed to the Wilfrid Laurier Golden Hawks.  Pierre will join the team for the 2015 OUA season.

“I committed to Laurier because when I was on the visit, it felt like home; the coaches gave me a great visit and I really enjoyed it,” commented Pierre of his decision.  “Also having my “brother” [#CFC 100] Kurleigh Gittens Jr committing with me was great because he is one of the best receivers out there and love going one-on-one against him as he certainly helps me to become a better football player.”

“Also, I really believe on what Coach [Michael Faulds] is building and we all feel like we can be a consistent contender for the Vanier Cup in the future. I really liked Coach [Dwayne] Cameron as positional coach because I know for a fact he will help me become a complete player.”
