DL Cameron Michaud

Cameron Michaud is the University of Guelph Gryphons’ third defensive end to commit to their Class of 2022.

Michaud is 6’5″, 250 lbs and hails from Calgary, A.B., where he played for the Calgary Colts.

LB Carter Islip

Carter Islip will join his high school teammate, Sam Lack, at Guelph this fall.

Islip is a 5’11”, 185 lbs linebacker for Nelson High School in Burlington, Ont..

 

LB Mac Roy

Mac Roy is another linebacker joining the Gryphons this season.

Roy measures in at 6’2″, 195 lbs and is originally from Waterloo, Ont., where he played for Bluevale Collegiate Institute.

 

CFC Prospect Game CFC100 DB Brad Kemanyou

Brad Kemanyou is the first NCAA player to transfer to a U Sports team in 2022. He has decided to join the Gryphons.

Kemanyou played for the Kent State Golden Flashes last season. Before his collegiate career, he was a top-ranked defensive back at St. Thomas More in Burlington, Ont.. He measures in at 5’11”, 175 lbs.

 

LB Scott Miron

The Wilfrid Laurier Golden Hawks have found their first Class of 2022 linebacker commit in Scott Miron.

Miron measures in at 6’0″, 205 lbs and last played for John Abbott College in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, Que.. He’s originally from Ottawa, Ont..

 

DB Mason Arruda

Mason Arruda will be staying close to home to play for the Golden Hawks this season.

Arruda played defensive back for Notre Dame Catholic Secondary School in Burlington, Ont..

 

DL Daniel Kieta

Daniel Kieta is the first defensive end to commit to Laurier during the 2022 recruiting cycle.

Kieta is a 6’4″, 195 lbs defensive end from St. Thomas, Ont., where he played for Parkside Collegiate Institute.

The University of Ottawa Gee-Gees have added another CEGEP commit, Remi Chagot, to their long line of alumni to play in the nation’s capital.

Chagot is a 6’1″, 190 lbs defensive back from Granby, Que., where he played for St. Hyathince.

 

RB Charles Asselin

Charles Asselin is one of only two non-CEGEP players to commit to the Gee-Gees this year.

Asselin is a 5’11”, 190 lbs running back for the Nepean Broncos in Ottawa, Ont..

 

CFC100 QB Wolfgang Schad

The Queen’s University Gaels announced their first group of commits in January, beginning with Wolfgang Schad.

Schad is a 6’2″, 185 lbs quarterback from Ottawa, Ont., where he played for Franco-CitĆ©.

 

OL Jon Gratton

Jon Gratton is, so far, the largest player to commit to the Gaels for the upcoming season.

Gratton stands at a whopping 6’7″, 290 lbs and plays offensive line for Campbellford District High School in Campbellford, Ont..

Matt Camillo is the first of three receivers to commit to Queen’s this year.
